Issued by Island Orewa Beach Limited. In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to Island Orewa Beach Limited.

The following terms and conditions govern the use of Island Orewa online service including shopping and participation in promotions run by Island Orewa. You can access this Agreement at any time from the bottom of any page on the site.

We reserve the right to amend this notice at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended

PRICING

All prices are in, and processed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST (15% sales tax). We endeavour to have our pricing as accurate and current as possible. The prices are detailed within the individual product listings and we reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time.

Except where stated otherwise (e.g. sale pricing), the price displayed for products on Island Orewa represents the full retail price listed on the product that has been either suggested by the supplier, or estimated by Island Orewa in accordance with the standard industry practice. Despite our best efforts, there can be incidents of mispricing. If an item has been incorrectly priced at lower than its correct price, we will contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you as a result.

International: Prices will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. When converting to another currency, or when an item is charged to a credit card, a price variation may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges. Once an order is sent, we take no responsibility for charges, taxes or duties incurred at receivers end as this can vary depending on the customs rules of each country.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & IMAGERY

At Island Orewa we ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website. However, Island Orewa does not warrant that the product description or imagery on this site is 100% accurate. Please note that there is room for minor error and discrepancies. We do not guarantee that these images will reproduce in the exact colour nor that any given image will reflect the full design or options involving to that product. Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, Island Orewa cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

SIZING

Some sizing may vary between styles, if you order a garment in the incorrect size, we will be more than happy to exchange it. All orders are subject to availability. Items in your shopping bag are not on hold and may be purchased by other customers. As there is a delay in the time when your order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock levels of certain products may change within this time period. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before your order has been accepted, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will not be charged for out of stock items. Whilst we endeavour to keep our stock levels accurate, there is a possibility the size you have ordered may be out of stock. In this event, we will refund you immediately and do our best to find you a replacement.

In order to shop at Island Orewa online, you will be required to register to use some of the features on this Site. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Island Orewa Beach Limited operates under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We will do our utmost to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. This includes offering refunds on orders that meet our returns policy.
